Integration Guide

Install the PAD Controller on the designated system as per the integration guidelines.

Perform terminal configuration and establish the required network and connectivity setup to enable communication between the terminal and the merchant billing application.

Merchant development team will carry out application development and testing in the UAT environment.

Upon completion of development, the Pine Labs Integration Team will perform UAT validation testing with the merchant billing application.

Navigate to the appropriate tab corresponding to the finalized paymode for integration.

Ensure the API payload aligns correctly with the application.

The merchant's development team can review and validate the API flow against their application.

A UAT device is required to perform testing of the implemented code and solution.

The device must be configured according to the UAT environment.

To configure and set up the UAT device, refer to the FAQ section.

Test the entire transaction flow in integration mode.

Use the FAQ section as a reference when executing the test cases.

Merchant will share the UAT App Name and UAT App Package Name with Pine Labs.

Pine Labs will generate and share the UAT Application ID mapped to the provided package name.

Merchant development team will initiate and complete the application development.

Merchant will perform internal UAT testing of the application flow as per business requirements.

After successful internal testing, the merchant will share the UAT APK with the Pine Labs Integration Team for validation.

Pine Labs Integration Team will perform UAT validation testing at their end.

Upon successful UAT validation, the merchant will share the Production App Name and Production App Package Name.

Pine Labs will generate and share the Production Application ID mapped to the production package name.

Merchant will share the Production APK with Pine Labs. Pine Labs InfoSec Team will perform security testing and sign the application.

After receiving the signed APK from the InfoSec team, the Pine Labs Integration Team will upload the application to the Pine Labs App Marketplace.
